The Small Print

PDF FILES 
We recognise that sometimes it’s just easier and more convenient to purchase music electronically. Please note the following:
Music provided in electronic form (e.g. PDF files) is copyright and is provided for the use of the named person/organisation only. It should be treated as if it were a purchased hard copy of music.

• You may: make a back-up copy of the electronic file(s); print the cover, full score and one set of parts; print additional parts to accommodate a reasonable number of additional players; print enlarged parts or similarly modified parts to improve accessibility for players with additional needs; print replacement parts if a part is genuinely lost or destroyed; print an additional score for use in competitions and similar – such a score must either be destroyed after use or retained with the original set for future similar use; copy the file to read on an iPad or similar in lieu of playing from hard copy.
• You may not: forward or otherwise provide the file(s), prints from it, or copies of such prints to anyone other than the named person/organisation (other than for use in competitions as described above, and subject to the same conditions).

Use of the files for any purpose implies acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the files, but must delete them (including any back ups, emails, messages or any other stored form) and any hard copies made.

RECORDINGS
Judith Hayes Music welcomes informal recordings such as YouTube videos and would be delighted if you would send us a link!
Recordings for other purposes, such as CD recordings etc, require permission - please contact us.
